Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (PSPCL), a power generating and distributing organization of Government of Punjab, is inviting online applications from Degree/Diploma holders who passed during 2021, 2022, & 2023, for 1-year Graduate/Technician apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 (as amended).

Selection Process: Selection for apprenticeship at PSPCL is based purely on merit basis. Merit will be determined by the marks obtained in degree/diploma, rounded off to the nearest second decimal digit. No weightage will be given for higher qualifications.
Period of Apprenticeship: The selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training at PSPCL for 1 year under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 (as amended). This apprenticeship is a training program and does not guarantee any job or appointment at PSPCL. After successful completion, candidates will be issued a Certificate of Proficiency.
